Anthony Arena is the Chief Investment Officer of Vision Properties. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing all aspects of acquisitions and development. He develops investment strategies and business plans for all of the company’s assets and investments, in addition to seeking new business opportunities. Anthony is responsible for the identification and execution of new investments and has an active role in the firm’s asset management, leasing, and disposition groups.
Anthony spearheaded the acquisition of the Coliseum Centre, a 6 building, 1,000,000 square foot corporate campus that serves as a corporate headquarters location for United Technologies and Compass Group. Anthony was successful in sourcing an adjacent 30 acre site that will allow Vision Properties to expand the Coliseum Centre to a 9 building 1,600,000 SF mixed use campus. In addition, Anthony was instrumental in the acquisition of One Wells Fargo Center, a 42 story Class ‘AA’ Trophy Office Tower with 1,000,000 RSF located in the Charlotte CBD that Anthony sourced off market. Anthony has acquired more than $750 million in Class A Office along the entire East Coast during his career at Vision.
Prior to Vision Properties, Anthony worked as a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Group at Black Rock. During his time there, he provided economic and space market forecasts for the top global real estate markets. In addition, he advised the Portfolio Management group on market allocation and risk management. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and has obtained a Masters in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
