Fred Arena is the Founder & Strategic Leader of the firm and plays an active role in all investment and corporate finance activities. Fred approves all investment decisions made by Vision Properties.
Immediately prior to founding Vision, Fred spent nine years of his career as one of the original senior members of the Goldman Sachs Whitehall Operating Company that owned and operated over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate in the northeast. Before joining Goldman, he was a Senior Vice President for two of the most prestigious private development companies in the northeast. One firm owned and developed over 30 million square feet of office space.
In his career he has acquired, developed, and asset managed over 70 million square feet. Fred was also sought out by the board of directors for a national REIT to help enhance the operations and prepare for sale a national real estate platform with real estate holdings along the entire east coast, which traded for $3.4 Billion. Fred graduated with highest honors from Rutgers University where he majored in Business Management and Administration. He also attended the NYU School of Real Estate.
